Our range of MSC-Certified or FIP Yellowfin Tuna from Indonesia are cut into Loins and then frozen to make Blocks, Steaks, and Poke. The Tuna is never thawed, so the products are only frozen once. Our Tuna Ground Meat is processed through a specialized machine that removes all the connective tissue resulting in a clean product.
