A Caribbean specialty, our premium Saint Vincent Conch Meat is wild-caught, perfectly trimmed with a firm texture, never treated with chemicals and once frozen.

When our Conch arrives at our facility, it’s incredibly fresh, with some still displaying movement. We take great care to clean it to a market-clean standard of 85%, all without the use of chemicals. This ensures that you can safely incorporate it into raw dishes like salads, sashimi or sunomono.
