We’ve perfected our Caribbean Queen Conch Fritter Batter with a time-tested 75-year-old recipe that features 35% of our premium Conch Meat as an integral ingredient. Perfect how it is, or customize it by adding your favorite hot sauce and spices.
The quality of the Fritter batter shows as it will not separate in the tub after being refrigerated for up to 3 days and will not oxidize for up to 5 days after being thawed. Our Conch Fritter Batter is produced in the US and on average one conch batter tub makes up to 85 fritters (3/4 once each, using a #70 scoop).
Cook it from frozen to save time, whether crafting traditional conch fritters or experimenting with conch griddle cakes on a flat top.

Ingredients | 35% Premium NETUNO Conch Meat, Bleached Wheat Flour, Water, Diced Onions, Pimentos. Contains 2% or less of the following: sugar, corn starch, soy flour, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), dried whole egg, vegetable gum (guar), maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy and wheat protein, yeast extract, salt, disodium inosinate and guanylate, ascorbic acid, green onions, natural flavors (contains crab, lobster, and cod), black pepper, red pepper. |

Preparation | Thaw in refrigerator. Stir fritter mix to a smooth consistency. Keep batter chilled by holding in refrigerator or over a pan of ice. Drop a small teaspoon or a #70 scoop of fritter batter (about ¾ oz. per portion) into 350 F. cooking oil for approximately 3 minutes. Center internal temperature must reach at least 165 F. |
