Branzino is an iconic Mediterranean fish also known as European Sea Bass or Mediterranean Sea Bass. Its delicate, white flesh and mild, almost sweet flavor make it the perfect star of any dish. Available in whole and fillet form at your local Restaurant Depot store.
WHOLE, GILLED, GUTTED & SCALED
Branzino is a smaller species of fish, which makes it excellent to grill or bake whole. It has few bones and a firm, flaky texture. It’s also the perfect size for a meal for two. It can be easily prepared by coating with olive oil and sea salt, and stuffing with lemon and herbs such as dill or rosemary. Serve with roasted potatoes and lemon aioli to give your customers a real taste of the Mediterranean.
FILLET, SKIN-ON & BONELESS
